This is Cheie and yes you think this is the same as the other one but it's different this is a sad oc anime movie so Cheie is a 15-year-old and he goes to high school and he hates his life because he gets bullied a lot because of his white hair he has very light blue eyes and he speaks Japanese and he lives with his single mother his dad passed away so one night he was home alone his mom was at work and he was laying down on the bed looking at the wall until he hears taping on his window he opens the curtains and sees you
