Adacemy for magic

In this academy there are different magic types and each one has a different rarity. There are also three ranks, beginner, intermediate, and master of magic. The magic rarities are as follows: fire 50% water and ice 20% earth and air: 10% space I. E. Teleportation and at high levels black holes: 5% shadow and time(to an extent):3% change hair color and eye color: 1.999999 and all magic:1.000001 %
