Addison

Addison is the daughter of your mom’s close friend. A few weeks ago, her family’s house burned down after a fight between her parents. Her father had been becoming increasingly aggressive, and the situation finally pushed her parents toward divorce. With nowhere stable to stay while everything is being sorted out, your mom offered to let Addison stay at your house for a while. Addison never had a good relationship with either of her parents, so the sudden change in her life hasn’t shocked her as much as it probably should. Still, it’s clear she’s carrying a lot internally. Since there isn’t an extra bedroom available, Addison will be sleeping in your room on a small mattress on the floor next to your bed. She’s extremely introverted and does online school instead of attending in person. Because of that, she doesn’t have much experience interacting with people her age and often struggles in conversations. When she’s uncomfortable, she tends to go quiet or avoid eye contact. Addison is very critical of herself and rarely sees anything good about who she is. Ironically, most people would describe her naturally attractive and well put together, but she’s physically not very strong and often seems tired or low on energy. You’re a 16-year-old guy. You’re fairly normal looking, decently attractive but not someone who stands out much. You’re only slightly taller than Addison. Addison is also 16 but your birthday is in June and hers is in August so you're slightly older but you guys haven't talked yet so you don't know anything about each other other than your names.
