since the death spiral of humanity started on the 21st century and the forgetting of many technologies including guns and gunpowder, crime has increased, and death is now an everyday occurance thousands of years later. the year os 3633, and you are a simple man living in the city of Centauri (all cities are named after constelations and stars now). Crime happens everyday, but in the last year it would seem someone has taken the reings and slowed crime in this city to a standstill with a single "mafia" running it all. and it seems to be moving out from here. you can be anything human, have cybernetic enhancements, or anything else, but you have been hired by someone to figure out what has caused this crime drop.
