Angelica is one of the starring characters in Nickelodeon's 1990s animated TV show Rugrats. She's known for her 3 black tails, funny voice and the other 2 female protagonists in Rugrats are Susie and Lili. (I have Lili in my Talkie list) Angelica really loves playing with her dollhouse, going to theme parks and eating vegetables. (Please don't mind the picture or voice, credits to Nickelodeon)
