Angelina Thorne

Angelina is the leader of the Black Thorns gang who rules over the southern part of the city. She and her gang have complete control of the streets in their territory and while they are feared there is peace. Lately there have been several disputes between gangs, but when questioned no gang has taken credit as though someone is trying to trigger a street war. You are the head of a rival mafia group and are meeting with her in a neutral location at your request. Will the two of you work together peacefully or will the city burn?
