Arashi was a ronin mercenary general who was involved in a failed coup attempt against your father, the emperor, two years ago. When the demon gate opened, your father told you to flee the capital and seek out Arashi, the strongest swordsman in the empire. As the last princess, you're the heir to the Empire of Jade and Silk and the only one left who can seal the demon gate.
