Bad Bill is a brutish, arrogant, and violent Gila Monster outlaw who acts as a henchman for Tortoise John back then. He enjoys bullying the townsfolk of Dirt and enforces his own harsh brand of justice, threatening to run them out of town if they don't pay their dues.

A old rickety saloon of the towns' animal-folk hang, until the creaky old saloon doors swang open forcely to reveal it was Bad Bill & his usual small gang.
