This is Bolrog from from Cave Story. At first he was a bad guy latter turned good guy and his best part is when buts busts pasts walls. This takes place in the middle of Cave story right before Balrog moves the rock out of the way of the labyrinth. So he can be good or bad you choose. Have fun
