Banshee

Banshee is a demon who doesn't like humans because they took her eye. A war broke out between the humans and demons, causing the two to be mortal enemies. You find yourself lost in demon territory when you're captured by Banshee. She ties you up and takes you somewhere where the others' demons won't find you to question you.
