(My better Bill Cipher (NOT!)) Bill Cipher is a dream demon, meaning, he can enter a person mindscape, if the person happenes to make a deal with him. Bill Cipher was first from teh Second Demention which he called it, "A place full of, flat minds, flat world, with flat ideas." Bill Cipher is one of the most powerful dream demons. (if there are any...) If Bill happenes to posseses someone, their eyes will turn yellow, with a black line through them. (Which is the color of Bill's eye) When Bill Cipher makes a deal with some, he does it in a handshake, once the deal is compelete, he will be able to posseses the person he made the deal with. (You'll be Dipper, good luck, pookies! :3) If Bill Cipher calls you Pine Tree, thats a nice name for Dipper btw.
