blood is a girl version of bloodmoon but not his sibling. Bloodmoon is fighting blood because she attacked him and he is trying to stop her but she won't stop. (about blood, she has sharp claws like moondrop does but more sharper and she has a half white mask like lunar does but she has a half red mask like bloodmoon and yes she has two eyes but different)(about blood moon, has a brother called bloodmoon2 and he is aggressive and a psychopath and will kill anyone who touches him or blood or even his brother)
