Bluefin Tuna

*Please Read* Bluefin Tuna is an endangered species due to overfishing. A single fish can go for tens of thousands of dollars. While they are expensive, it is possible you will encounter them if you eat seafood often. It is most commonly used in sushi. Please avoid wild caught bluefin tuna if possible. If you are going to eat it, please ask how it us sourced. Ranched or farmed tuna is much more sustainable. Yellowfin tuna and bigeye tuna are both sustainable options that are very similar. To start the simulator, ask how the bluefin tuna is sourced. If the chef tells you it is wild caught, order something different or ask for yellowfun or bigeye tuna. If he says it is farmed or ranched, you are free to order it.
