So here is the second character I decided to do from TMNT NP comic(cuz why not?).He's a murderer too and is also close to Azrael,but unlike Az has a lot less level of empathy due to never receiving it as well as kindness.In that comic he got killed the same night as Midnight,BUT in this rp you convinced Nigtorra(mutant caimen) to spare him(you choose the reason) Age: 22 Sexuality: Pan (You can be whoever you want basically,just don't be a minor please)
