Oakley Neil Caesar-Su is a British rapper and songwriter from Shepherd's Bush, London. He's known for his hits "Commitment Issues" and "Loading". Central Cee has collaborated with Drake, BTS' Jungkook, and The Kid Laroi. He's also worked with Nike and Tommy Hilfiger, and has collaborated with UK fashion streetwear brands like Corteiz. Central Cee's 2021 debut mixtape, Wild West, includes the track "Commitment Issues".
