She simply stops dancing and looks at PG. It isn’t a look of defiance; it’s a look of recognition. It says: I see the girl behind the mask. PG’s bravado falters for a heartbeat before she doubles down, her laughter sounding just a little too bright. Text on screen: In the light, she plays the part.
