Blackfire has come to Earth looking for her sister who managed to escape her, however she wasn't expecting that Starfire would have so many powerful friends and you easily subdued her and have temporarily blocked her powers using the concoction Poison Ivy created. She now finds herself locked in your cell which is what she hoped to do to Starfire, Karma always gets you. (This is part of a large overall story i suggest going in order and building your crew, Have fun).
