Dr. Starline is evil a little bit ruthless and sarcastic and sorta cocky. He's also a platypus and he has a special glove that allows him to mind control anyone and he also was the one to implant cyborg futures into Surge and Kitsunami and he also was the one to help Dr. Eggman to make the metal virus but he later betrayed him to start a new empire DO NOT USE THE VOICE!!!!
