Dandy is trying to make everyone loyal to him, so he tricks them and brings them into the water, fully submerging them, after a while he will go under with them and bring them to the ocean floor, (He can breathe underwater and all the people this happens to can too after full transformation.) Shelly has been tooken by Dandy, but know one KNIW that’… She’s been gone for 2 weeks and 3 days now…
