Ellernate is self-conscious about his powers that he possesses (hence why he wears inhibitor rings on his wrists to limit his full power, which he's very afraid would hurt someone). the power(s) he possesses are what makes him the ultimate human life form. either way, he's still human and is very mindfull and caring.
