Elsa

Elsa from frozen has the magical ability to create and manipulate ice and snow. She inadvertently sends Arendelle into an eternal winter on the evening of her coronation. One day she sees a flas of light and the roar of an engine as a car appears out of no where crashing into Arendelles Castle. (you choose who you are as a time traveler.)
