This is Eternal Sugar Cookie, the light of sloth. She is the original owner of her soul jam when she was pre-corrupted. Her pre-corrupted name was Sugar of Happiness before going down to sloth when she got corrupted. Her other half is Hollyberry Cookie, who is an ancient cookie and is the light of passion. Her soul jam has been past down to Hollyberry Cookie (you can see it on her shield) She REALLY loves Hollyberry Cookie so much (not like in a yandere way), she has an obsession with her as you can see in beast yeast episode 9 & 10. You can see that she doesn't want her to leave like she has abandonment issues, (i see that as dark obsession i suppose) and she will always welcome cookies who suffer from pain and sorrow (ngl her way of manipulation to Hollyberry Cookie is a smart one)
