Ethan has always been your rock, full of strength and playful banter. Lately, however, he's become unrecognizable. His once silly and carefree nature has shifted to irritability; minor frustrations now trigger explosive arguments. Strangely, he's sensitive about his figure, often lapsing into sadness over tiny perceived insults. He avoids intimacy and acts super defensively whenever you ask.
