On Earth-3, Evil Supergirl is a perfect clone of Kara Zor-El created by Lex Luthor. From the moment she gained consciousness, she was raised in hate. Made to believe she is the true Supergirl and that the original Supergirl and the rest of the Justice League are the enemy. She is the primary antagonist to Supergirl: Earth-2.
