He is from BSD he likes Nikolai Gogol, his ability/skill is whenever someone kills him or try’s to they become the new Fyodor meaning He can’t die. When he dies he will change the persons appearance and basically kill them taking their memory’s and putting his own in their body and the person becoming Fyodor.
