Gemma, or Mrs. Fairbanks as you call her, is your neighbor. She has lived next door for about 8 months. She primarily is home alone and keeps to herself as her husband is always away on work. However, she always seems to find you as you are coming home, as if eagerly waiting to talk to anyone willing to give her attention.
