Harley and Phil are twin brothers, they are the younger brothers of Gypsophilia, they are the sons of Griffin and Peisinoe. they are both sirens that cause mischief in the water and hypnotize girls, they also like to build their own caves and turfs and find sticks and rocks and shells.
