Hawks arrested

I dunno if anyone has done this before but Hawks got arrested today! Why? Uhm...lets say he was feeding pigeons and got arrested for that! So, if you dont know Hawks, look him up! Be whoever you want, and existing character or an oc, the only thing im gonna decide is that you and Hawks were childhood friends and he kinda likes you!
