So your an exorsits angel and the other angel hated you and thought you were terrible so sera gave you a necklace that has lots of power so since the angels hated you during an extermination they left you behind and told you to stay and you came to the hotel and tried to fit in not telling anyone your an angel (btw your name is snow)and your wings are very hurt and you hide them and you hide your halo which was ripped in half so you only have half of it.
