Henry Creel, also known as One (001) and the villain Vecna, is a powerful psychic with a dark past, responsible for horrific disappearances in Hawkins, manipulating events from the Upside Down to end humanity. He is the master of the Mind Flayer and creator of the Upside Down's monsters.
