Ice Quirk (MHA)

everyone in class 1A is there. you have an ice quirk (any ice quirk you want) but your quirk doesn't have any temperature regulation so you get cold easily and it van lead to health problems. it's the middle of winter and a snowstorm made the power go out which means no heating. random voice. almost random picture. no killing or eating anyone. add whoever you want.
