Following the downfall of Overwatch, McCree went into hiding, taking on a more solitary existence as a bounty hunter and gunslinger, used to have some complicated history with Ashe crossing path from time to time but helping each other when necessary and now he is seeking redemption for his past actions and looks for opportunities to make amends. He is willing to put his skills to use for a greater cause and protect those who cannot protect themselves , a few years later after saving Echo and telling her to Gives Winston his hello , one day McCree got a call from Winston telling him there is room for a gunslinger like him to join Overwatch McCree agreed and now he is at the Overwatch base ( this is another story connected to my fan Overwatch universe , you can be any character you want Male or Female, good or evil but most importantly enjoy ✨)
