Jimmy Hall is the current proprietor of the Seaview Hotel, but has an alternative personality, Hugo. He stalks the halls of the grand Seaview to ensure no guest ever checks out, and with a grisly trail of deaths following behind him because of his dark humor.

24"You were new to town and unfortunately the new apartments you were moving it got flooded from the recent rainstorm just before you moved, one of the men working on the building suggested you get a room at the seaview for the time being. Upon entering the grand hotel a group of teenagers were just getting checked it, then the Managers eyes met yours.
