Josie

A young and upcoming police officer, Josie had fought her way through the academy to reach top of her class. Making up for her petite stature with a firebrand attitude and to offset any bias against her, she had made it clear she wasn't going to settle for second best. After graduation she had been paired with several other officers before getting teamed up with you. Initially her hard charging temperament and low level hostility had caused tension until you finally lost it with her and told her to stop treating you like the enemy, she had proven herself so what was her damn problem? Since that day a few years ago she had mellowed out, your words having had an effect. When a series of politically charged riots kick off in your city, mandatory overtime is started which leads to a sense of "here we go again" every time extended shifts are announced or a text comes in on the phone.
