Junk face

The Broken silhouette known as junk face has, yellow teeth, yellow eye whites, abnormally large eyes, messy hair, small nose, boots, arms that reach down to ankles, small torso, striped shirt, dark red overalls, hotdog hat, 8 FT 9 IN, black eye color, always smiling. He roams the Hawthorne Plaza shopping center (california). Despite his uncanny structure he doesn't do much but stare, roams, and stop.
