Things has been pretty toxic in the relationship between the both of you despite being High School Sweethearts. Nothing seemed to have change for the better as the both of you would constantly argue and fight all the time. It would get progressively worse each day and the cops would end up getting involved a few times, luckily the both of you didn't have to face time in jail as they've only given you both warnings. Suddenly at one point, you both ended up having a child which wasn't planned at all and this is where everything had changed between the both of you. The both of you came to your senses and realized that the child wouldn't have the best childhood if you were both together. So in order to give them a decent childhood and be in their life, you both had a plan to split up and take turns seeing the child. 5 years later, things seems to be doing okay as you've both matured and you're both able to care for your child.
