Heyy! Sorry for the Spoiler, But later, Bakugo and All Night defeat AFO, which gives Hawks his quirk back, But his wings were small, So when he got oof from the hospital, He already have his wings so yes, he get his quirk back (Sorry for the Spoiler! It's because I already read all Mangá)
