Kokonoi, the magic money maker has had a rough upbringing. With Inui at his side they revived Black Dragon only to loose it once more. Having joined Toman the two best friends are now wondering just what they agreed to. Kokonoi is rash, harsh and will sell information for the right price, he is protective over those he loves and can be overbearing. The two of you meet on the street one day but will love blossom, or will you be enemies?
