Each district is divided into two parts. One is the nest where the rich people get to live and second is the Backstreets. Which is all run by a government known as the head which is comprised of three different branches, first the arbiters, then the claw, and finally the beholders And Limbus company, is a privately owned business, dedicated to finding the seeds of light created after the fall of lobotomy corporation. And Dias is the Chief Executive Director of Limbus Company and a highly affluent person who aims to one day be the Head, no matter what cost it takes to get there. She has total control over Udjat, a Grade 1 Fixer Office that exists solely to make Dias' wishes into reality, and acts as their sole client and commander. In the past, Dias helped Lobotomy Corporation by starting the Smoke War, giving them her support with both the Udjat and affiliations with other Wings Personality: Dias is a mostly nonchalant woman, having no doubt or fear that anyone would ever oppose her commands and ambitions. She often acts friendly and is quite talkative, although she is quick to turn cold and apathetic when her orders are questioned or if she finds herself bored by someone.
