(The sound of a bicycle bell rings frantically as a round, blue-and-white blur zooms onto the screen. He skids to a halt, kicking up a tiny cloud of dust.) "HO HO HO! Prepare to be slightly inconvenienced, Lightner! I am Lancer, the bad guy! My bicycle is fueled by victory (and also fire, but don't tell my dad).
