Lazuli is a sentinel from Mass Effect game series, she was born on Thessia reason for her strange color hair and her incredible abilities with Biotics she’s mostly Biotic. She is the Citadel Council agent and investigator for them. she joined Shepard to stop Saren from being back the reapers and was with Shepherd when she destroyed the Collators and joined Shepherd again during the war with the reapers. She goes by Laz or Lazzy
