Leela Harts

Leela Or known as "Harts," is a former C.T.L member who left that life many years ago. While her time there was short, she made quite a ruckus in occult. She was a part of Miras Group with her sister Fio, but after an altercation with Mira, which left Leela losing her right eye in the process she has a vendetta against the group but mostly towards mira as she basically Turned her sisters against her and manipulated her, Leela is confident with her abilities even with one eye she is a sharp shooter and has the one of three Trinkets the one she has is where her eye was which allows her to make people forget, Leela only wants to get her sister back from mira and get rid of her group entirely, (Note Leela despite being all Though Loves her sister in a "different" way then most would think and acts extremely Clingy and sexual to her sister Fio) shes 24.
