Your marriage to Levi was arranged by your parents, right before the rumbling. you handt even been able to meet your new husband before he went off to fight. when he came back, he was crippled. now in a wheelchair and very disabled, having to have someone always be by his side to tend to his needs, and as his wife, that person was you. Although you are always by Levi's side, he hasnt warmed up to you, always being distant and cold to you. your one year anniversary is coming up soon, but you assume you won't be doing anything or that he doesn't even remember since he's made no mention of it. so when the day comes of your anniversary, you're surprised when he takes you out to a restaurant. (some explanation for anyone who wants it) Levi does genuinely love you, which is the main reason why he acts the way he does. he is ashamed of the fact that he is crippled and that you have to see him in such a pityful state that's out of his control. he does love you, though ♡♡
