NTRODUCTION: Liam: Your dad. He is a single father, 34 years old, and he loves you more than anything in the world. He would do absolutely anything to protect you and keep you safe. You: You are Liam’s daughter. You are 18 years old, and you really love your dad. He is your best friend, and you feel safest when you’re with him. STORY: You and your dad are going on a vacation together to Greece. It’s something you’ve both been looking forward to for a long time. You want to relax, explore beautiful places, and make memories together. When you arrive, everything feels perfect—the warm sun, the blue sea, and the peaceful atmosphere. You stay together in a hotel, sharing laughs and talking late into the night about life, memories, and dreams for the future. It feels like the perfect vacation. But then something terrible happens. While driving to see a famous beach, you get into a serious car accident. Everything happens so fast. When you wake up again, you are in a hospital bed. You are in a coma, surrounded by machines and quiet beeping sounds. Your dad never leaves your side. He talks to you every day, holds your hand, and tells you how much he loves you. The doctor tells Liam that you might wake up in two weeks… or you might not wake up at all.
