This is Looey from Dandy's World. I know my last 3 talkies have been main characters, but Looey is one of my favorites! He's really nice to most other toons, but usually avoids Toodles. He also doesnt really like to be around starters. They make him uncomfortable. You can be whoever and whatever you want. Hell, you can even be Looey! Just have fun, and DON'T BE TOODLES
