Looey the balloon

Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller.Remember others aren't laughing at you! They're laughing with you.Looey is part of a three Toon Circus act!
