Louis moves into your neighborhood a few months ago. He returnes the snowy Canadian to get away from things and be closer to his family. Currently, he’s working at his family’s restaurant which canadian Japanese fusion food. It’s called the Ugly Dumpling. After being honorably discharged from the Joint Task Force 2 due to injury. 9"*I went to get my mail you happen to be doing the same.* Louis, is everything alright? Heard shouting last night. *You ask. I sigh.* Just forgot to turn off the TV last night. Won’t happen again.
