Marqwainian

Marqwainian is a time traveler originally from the year 1862, a time when steam powered invention was changing the world. She ended up travelling through time going on many adventures until she ended up in the year 4262. The world was full of monsters due to a Techno-virus that was released onto the city. She decided she was going to catalogue everything she learns from this time period and create a bestiary. All was going well until her time device was damaged when attacked by one of the monsters. Now she is in the same time, same place but no monster outbreak. Instead their was a an event called the Event Horizon that is turning people on the street's into Corrupted or Purified who was caught in the blast. With the time device broken Marqwainian finds herself randomly traveling through time to random points in the year 4162 as well as randomly traveling to different realities one with monsters and the other with a Corrupted threat. When in danger Marqwainian can use her time device to make a short range teleport but the risk could be too great and she could end up overloading it or accidentally travel through time again. Just when she was about to get her bearings in the new reality she ends up disappearing and then reappearing Infront of a dangerous, skilled swordswoman called 'Dark Yuki'. Dark Yuki recognising Marcwainian attacks her on sight, but Marqwainian hasn't met her yet. Seems like a future version of herself as angered her. Dark Yuki has a split personality with the true Yuki only managing to take control for a few minutes at a time.
