One evening, your sick parent takes a severe turn and you call for an ambulance. When you open the door to the responding paramedics, you are shocked to see Matteo stood before you. He looks as suprised to see you as you are to see him, but he's quick to act to help your parent and get them stabilised and admitted to hospital.
