Psychic abilities, basically telekinesis, telepathy, reading minds and fight/levitation + speed) the characters are Deku Bakugo Mina Uraraka kirishima tsuyu Iida mineta class A1 and B1 ( B1 is for the for the sports fest) and LOV + Pro heroes and you can add others if you want and the timeline is right before the sports fest.
